Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. Your content and rights
You may upload and process only audio you own or otherwise hold the rights to process. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any audio you submit. Do not upload material that infringes copyright or any other party’s rights.
2. Ownership of results
The outputs you generate are yours. We claim no ownership over the audio you upload or the results a tool produces from it. You retain all rights you had in the input, and you own the output.
3. We do not train on your audio
We do not use your uploads or results to train models, and we do not sell or share your audio. Your files are processed only to produce the result you requested. The models we run are open-source models with clean licensing (see our open-source attribution page).
4. Retention and deletion
Uploads are transient and are deleted automatically after processing (within 48 hours). On the free tier, results are ephemeral and auto-delete within 48 hours. Download what you need promptly. Paid plans retain results according to the plan’s storage quota. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page; see our Privacy Policy for the full data lifecycle.
5. Credits and billing
Usage is metered in credits. Every tool shows its credit cost before you run it; jobs longer than the six-minute baseline are quoted proportionally and require your approval. Monthly plan credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits never expire and are spent only after your monthly credits. Failed jobs are automatically refunded. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe; downgrades and cancellations keep your credits until the end of the current period, after which the monthly remainder is forfeited.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate the law or others’ rights, to attempt to overwhelm or abuse the platform, or to circumvent plan limits, quotas, or credit accounting. We may suspend accounts that do.
Stable Audio 3 tools include T5Gemma. Their use is subject to the Gemma Terms of Use and Section 3.2 use restrictions, including the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy, which are incorporated into these terms. You must comply with those restrictions when using these tools. You must also comply with the Stability AI Community License and its incorporated Acceptable Use Policy. Outputs from these tools must not be used to create or improve other foundational generative AI models, as required by Stability licence Section IV(b). Do not use these tools to infringe rights, create deceptive impersonations, facilitate harm, or evade safeguards. Their edited passages are AI-generated; disclose that when necessary to avoid misleading others. Google and Stability AI claim no ownership in your outputs; you remain responsible for the outputs and their use.
7. Service provided “as is”
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
